Well it looks like the water has peaked finally.  The Main and SF both got pretty high this spring but no real huge run from the NF.  Hopefully as the SF drops they will supplement and turn on the NF to get some good boating up there. 

If you are thinking about running the canyon, especially in a raft look at this picture that was taken by Skip Armstrong last week.  The log is just past Oxbow rapid, right above where the hot springs comes in on the right.  He said that there isnt much of an eddy above it but you can barely fit a kayak down.  So if you are headed up there be warned!

Don't forget about the PBR event this weekend.  You can find info from our events page or going to pbrkayakevent.com. Sadly I will not be able to attend (work work and more work) but it should be a great event.
