Roll Sessions:

Downtown YMCA: Sunday nights from 6:30-7:30 and 7:30-8:30*. Located in the pool at the downtown Y located on State St. and 16th St. $5 for Y members; $7 for non-members

West YMCA: Monday nights from 6:30-7:30 and 7:30-8:30*. Located in the pool at the West Family YMCA off of Chinden on Discovery Way. $5 for Y members; $7 for non-members

Rocky Mnt Fitness: Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:00 (One session only). Located in the pool at Rocky Mountain Fitness in Eagle off 875 East Plaza Drive. If you are taking the lesson with instructors, the price is $5 for members; $7 for non-members. If you do not take the lesson and paddle after the class, the cost is $8.50 for non-members and members are not charged.
